Emergency relief, sustainable development, and community empowerment across Pakistan.
Leadership Message
A thoughtful message from the chairman highlighting WRC's mission, values, and commitment to community resilience.
Message from the Chairman
The growing complexity of social issues is increasing pressure on governments and individuals, making public services alone insufficient to address these challenges.
The Welfare and Relief Committee believes that meaningful social change is possible through collaboration, compassion, and collective action. With 16 years of experience, we bring together communities, nonprofit organizations, businesses, governments, researchers, and volunteers to identify real challenges and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
Our journey reflects dedication, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to human dignity. Through our initiatives, we strive to improve access to clean water, quality healthcare, education, and better opportunities, working together to build a stronger, more inclusive, and prosperous Pakistan where every individual can live with dignity and hope.
MR. ASAD SHAH
CHAIRMAN
What We Do
Delivering real results through humanitarian projects across health, education, WASH, food security, and emergency response.
Our process
From the first funding lead to lasting change on the ground — a disciplined, transparent path that every project moves through, start to finish.
We scan donor calls, government grants, and partnership openings, screening each against community needs and our technical capacity before pursuing it.

Technical and finance teams co-author a proposal with clear objectives, a realistic budget, and evidence drawn from prior assessments in the field.

Once selected, we formalize the agreement with the donor, confirm compliance requirements, and mobilize the core project team.
